EPI Program

Program name: Extended immunization program

Implementing the program: Upazila health and transit officer and all the health workers under his supervision.

· Finance and other assistants: Ministry of Health and Social Services, World Health Organization.

-Technology and methods: Vaccination against vaccine against 08 diseases of children and vaccination prevention through Vitamin A capsules. Mother and newborn baby-tetanus prevention system by TT vaccine of mothers. Due to the vitamin A capsules feeding mothers, mothers and newborn babies fill Vitamin A deficiency The main goal is to reduce child suffering and death rate.
Beneficiaries of Beneficiaries: All women of 15-49 years old and all children aged 0-60 months.

E & C Program

· Program name: Process services

· Program Implementing: Upazila Health and Veterinary Officers and Doctors and Nurses of E.C. Hospitals Incorporated.

· Finance and other assistants - Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, UNICEF

· Targets and methods - Safe motherhood, reducing risk and reducing child and maternal mortality rates.

Beneficiaries - All pregnant mothers

ARI Program

· Program name - ARI

· Program Implementing: All Doctors of the organization, including supervisor / upazila health and postal officer,

Medical assistant, pharmacist, nurse

· Finance and other assistants - Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, UNICEF

· Targeting method - Reduce the treatment and incidence of children with pneumonia and inflammatory diseases.

Citizen Charter

The services that the service provider reserves the right to receive

1. In the health center, the necessary health care is provided to all the men and women, elderly and young people coming to the sub-center.

2. ORS is provided for diarrhea patients.

3. Required remedies, including antenatal checkups, are provided by the maternity patients coming to the hospital and iron

The tablet is supplied.

4. Under the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Program, tuberculosis patients are collected for cough test

And free medicines were provided to TB and leprosy patients.

5. Immunotherapy vaccines are provided under the EPI program for children and women.

6. Health, nutrition and reproductive health education are provided to patients coming to the sub-health center.

7. Reproductive Health and Family Planning among Adolescents and Abroad Couples Who Come to the Health Center

The activities are conducted.

8. If needed, the patient was referred to Upazila Hospital.

9. The incoming patients and their relatives are concerned about the necessary advice and advice on health care
